My follow bot is not working?

During peak times, some followers may not be successfully delivered. However, only successful follows are deducted from your balance.

If your follow bot isn't working as expected, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check Follower Verification Settings (Priority Step)

Log in to your Twitch Creator Dashboard.
Navigate to the Follower Verification settings.
Ensure these settings are turned off. Having follower verification enabled can prevent the follow bot from functioning properly.

2. Verify Your Plan Status

Log in to your ViewBotter.com account and confirm your subscription is active.
If your plan has expired, the follow bot functionality will be disabled. Renew your subscription if necessary.

3. Restart the Bot

Restarting the bot can help resolve minor glitches or issues.
If you've recently adjusted your settings, a restart ensures the changes are applied correctly.

4. Check for Announcements

Review the Announcement Page on your dashboard for any updates or maintenance notices that might affect the bot's performance.
We use this page to inform you about system updates, changes, or known issues.

5. Contact Support

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, our support team is ready to assist you:

Use the Live Chat feature on the website for real-time assistance.
Provide detailed information about the problem for a quicker resolution.

Free Trial Users

Please note that free trial users do not have access to the follow bot. To unlock this feature, consider upgrading to a paid plan.
